Questions we get asked before a viewing

A few practical answers so you know what to expect from the space and from us.

What is included in the monthly price for a serviced office?

Your rent covers the desk space, heating and lighting, building insurance, cleaning of shared areas and reception cover. Business rates and utilities are handled by us, so there are no separate bills to chase.

How long is the minimum term for a serviced office?

Terms start from one month on most suites. If you need longer, we can agree a fixed term at the outset. Either way, everything is set out in writing before you sign, with no hidden tie-ins.

Can we view a space before we commit to anything?

Yes. Send an enquiry with the size you need and we will arrange a viewing at a time that suits you. You will see the actual suite, not a show one, and can ask about anything on the day.

Do you offer meeting rooms and can visitors get in easily?

There are shared meeting rooms you can book as needed, and a reception point for guests. Let us know roughly how often you would use them and we will factor that into the price we quote.

What happens after we send an enquiry?

We read it, check availability against your dates and space needs, then come back to you with options and a price. If nothing fits, we will say so rather than waste your time.

Can the space grow with us if we take on more staff?

Often, yes. We hold several suites in the building, so if you outgrow your current room we can look at moving you into a larger one, subject to what is free at the time.
