Local Content and Developer-Side Collection
A distinction matters here: content stored on your device is not the same thing as information received by the company. The maps, labels, flags, notes, images and timestamps you create are local app content. They sit on your device, and the company does not gather them as part of the app's core workflow.
For its core workflow the app does not ask you for personal identity details. You may nevertheless enter personal information into free-text notes or attach photographs that show people or identifiable property, because those fields accept whatever you type or select. That content stays local unless you take a deliberate step to export, copy or share it.
Where you contact the company directly, for example by email, the company receives your email address and whatever your message contains. That is ordinary correspondence and is separate from the activity data the app holds on your device.
Managing and Deleting Your Local Data

External Services You May Open
Certain actions inside the app open other applications on your device. When you select such an action, Android may open a browser, your email client or a maps application to display an address or location you have chosen to view. These are user-initiated actions and they occur only when you take them.
Those external services are provided by other parties and operate under their own privacy practices. The same is true of the Android share sheet described above and of any email you send to the company, which is delivered through your own email provider.

Retention and Security
