Street Estate is the trading name of Trinity Street Development Ltd, a property business that lets and manages serviced office space under its own name. We are not a broker or a marketplace; we hold the buildings, we set the terms and we answer the phone when something needs attention, which keeps the line between tenant and landlord a short one.
Our offices are chosen for practical use rather than architectural spectacle. Each suite is measured before it is advertised, furnished to a standard we would be content to work in ourselves, and priced with the service charge stated plainly. Where a floor can be divided or combined, we say so on the particulars, because a business that takes two rooms today may need three by the spring.
The serviced model suits companies that want a professional address without a long lease. We cover utilities, cleaning of the common parts, security and the usual reception duties, and we keep a reserve for repairs so that a faulty light or a broken lock is dealt with without a debate about whose responsibility it is. Tenants deal with us directly on every point.
We work with a range of occupiers, from sole traders taking a single desk to established firms needing a suite of their own. Some stay for a few months between projects; others have been with us for years and have grown from one room into several. We have no minimum headcount and no requirement to commit beyond the agreed notice period.
If you are unsure whether a serviced office is the right answer, we are happy to talk it through before any viewing. We would rather point you towards a space that fits than let you take one that does not, and the same applies if the right answer turns out to be elsewhere.
How we let
Call or write with your headcount, preferred area and move-in date, and we will tell you honestly which suites are worth your time.
We arrange a visit at a time that suits you, show the available rooms in person and answer questions about service charges and terms on the spot.
We set out the licence, the rent, the deposit and the notice period in writing, and we will adjust the suite or the term where the building allows.
Once the paperwork is signed we hand over keys, arrange access and reception details, and act as your point of contact for the whole of your stay.
